What is PLSN/FOH Bookshelf?
PLSN/FOH Bookshelf is a mail-order service operated by Timeless Communications, Inc., which also publishes Projection Lights & Staging News, FRONT of HOUSE, the Event Production Directory and produces the Pro Production conference and trade show.
How To Place An Order
Ordering is easy with PLSN/FOH Bookshelf. When you find a book you are interested in purchasing, enter the number you would like to order in the Quantity box under the price and press "Add To Cart." This will bring up a list of the items that you have ordered.
If you would like to see what you have added to your shopping cart, you can hit the "View Cart" button at any time. To remove an item from your cart, change the Quantity to zero and press "Re-Calculate Total." When you have finished shopping, press the "Check Out" button. You will be required to enter your U.S. location, California residents must pay 8.25% state sales tax. After you have entered this information, your final order will appear. You can then fill out the order form on our secure server or print out the form to order by fax or mail.
30-Day Guarantee
All Bookshelf products come with a 30 day money back guaranty. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply call our Customer Service department (512-292-0163) for a Return Authorization and you will be given a full refund of the original purchase price of the item, excluding shipping charges, upon our receipt of the returned item. You must return the item at your own expense, including original packaging if applicable, in order to receive your refund.
Security and Privacy
Any orders placed using our shopping cart are encrypted and delivered to us by our secure server so that your credit card information and personal details are completely safe. We do not make customer information available to other companies or individuals and never send unsolicited e-mail to our client list. Shipping, Tax and Delivery
Shipping and Handling for North America is $4.95 per book purchased. For Nevada & Texas residents, 8.25% sales tax is applied to the total puchase amount after Shipping and Handling is added. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. Shipping and Handling outside North America is $7.95 per book purchased. Purchasers out of the continental United States, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
